I've recently purchased those clamps that hold your door panel on the metal frame itself. Besides screws, these clamps make sure that your door panel is solid. As some of my old clamps were torn (I imagine how they handle these things at the local service), I did this installation. Everything went just fine, but after I did this my door started rattling like crazy when driven on bad roads. It stops doing it when I press on the aluminium decoration in the door with my finger, starts again when I release it. It never does this on the good road, only when there is a lot of vibration given the stiff chassis. Anyone experienced similar issue? It is driving me crazy and the worst thing is that as I already have disassembled the door and I know everything inside very well, I honestly can't imagine what is the problem - all the clamps are on their places, all the bolts are tightened (maybe this is why? Release them just a bit?)
The noise comes from around here, but on the passenger side (it is not the aluminum decoration itself unfortunately, the source is from different thing)
